The Adventures of Tom Sawyer 《汤姆·索耶历险记》

The Adventures of Tom Sawyer was written in 1876 by Mark Twain (1835-1910), or Samuel Clements, a famous American author in the early 19th century. The character Tom Sawyer is a clever but mischievous and adventurous boy. The story tells the childhood stories of Tom Sawyer and his friend Huckleberry Finn: racing bugs, fighting in the schoolyard, getting lost in a cave, and playing pirates on the Mississippi River.

《汤姆·索耶历险记》是美国作家马克·吐温的著名小说，于1876年出版。小说描写了其主人公汤姆·索耶的少年成长故事。汤姆·索耶是一个淘气机灵爱冒险的男孩，小说主要描述了他与朋友哈克贝里·费恩在密西西比河沿岸的城镇所发生的一系列顽皮、冒险的故事。
